About Jubilee

Jubilee Revival Assembly is a Christ-centered church in Kigali, Rwanda, founded in 2008 by Pastors Stanley and Julienne Kabanda. We exist to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ — the true fulfillment of Jubilee — who brings freedom to the captive, healing to the brokenhearted, and restoration to all who believe. For 14 years we worshiped in rented spaces, and in 2022 God blessed us with a permanent home in Kanombe, a sanctuary dedicated to His glory. Here, believers gather to encounter God through vibrant worship, the preaching of His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Our heart is to see individuals, families, and nations transformed by Christ’s love, walking in His grace, and empowered to advance His Kingdom.

Pastors Stanley and Julienne Kabanda founded Jubilee Revival Assembly in 2008 out of a deep conviction to proclaim liberty through the message of Christ. With unwavering faith and prophetic vision, they have led the church in declaring freedom and restoration, raising disciples who carry the fire of revival into every aspect of life. Their ministry is marked by a passion for God’s Word, vibrant worship, and a heart for the transformation of nations.

Beyond the pulpit, Pastors Stanley and Julienne are spiritual parents to many, shepherding with humility, compassion, and boldness. Pastor Julienne, through Grace Room Ministries, has been used by God in healing, deliverance, and evangelism, while Pastor Stanley provides steady guidance and leadership for the growth of the church. Together, they embody the message of Jubilee: Announcing God’s favor, restoration, and revival for this generation and the generations to come.
